Pedro is such a cutie and we got to go on an expedition today during walks with his best friend Twister. Pedro galloped through the long grass enjoying the feel of the wind in his fur and the grass beneath his paws. He played with Twister for a bit on our walk as they weaved in and out of the long grass until we got back to the kennel. Pedro took some time to rest before going back outside to play with his friends. When we first got outside he ran around trying to see what cool things were scattered around the yard today. He searched back and forth through the agility yard trying to see if there was anything cool that he could bring to show his friends. After a while of searching he came over to see me for some cuddles. He loved all of the ear scratches and tummy rubs that he got and he came up and snuggled with me in delight. When he was done he went to play with his friends and they chased each other around for the rest of the time.
Charlie is so full of energy today which was so adorable. He ran around me in circles trying to get my attention when he first got outside. After that he ran off with his pal Tyson to go and explore the grass yard and see what cool things they could find. Charlie tried to play with Tyson and his other pal Tallee but they weren't interested in playing so instead he ran around and found a toy that he brought over to me to see. When he was done with his toy he got lots of extra attention and cuddles which he really enjoyed. After cuddle time was over he went back with his friend Tallee and the two went to explore the yard once again to see if there was anything cool that they missed the first time. Charlie is such a cutie and he had such a great time outside today with all of his friends.
George and Titan are such sweethearts and seeing them in the morning always puts a smile on my face. George was very excited to see me this morning so I took some time out my schedule to go and give him and his brother some extra attention. George loved the extra belly rubs that he got while Titan loved the ear scratches that I was happy to give. After that they went on walk with Kelsey and they both apparently had lots of fun together. When walks were done it was time for groups and as per usual George and Titan were the first ones out. Titan ran around greeting all of his friends while George went to explore. Titan loved meeting his new friend Tallee and they went and explored with her friend Tyson. They had lots of fun exploring together and Titan tried to play with them the whole time. George had such a great day exploring and getting to see all the cool new things in the yard. Titan had lots of fun becoming friends with Tyson and Tallee and he had a wonderful day spending time with everyone.
Tallee is such a cutie and she is so full of energy that she likes to let out by running around and greeting her friends. She went out with a new group today to change things up so that she would be with her walking friends and she had such a great time with them. She became quick friends with Tyson who was new and they explored together for a while and then Titan came to join them which meant they could cover more ground more quickly. She took some time out of her exploring to come visit with me where she got plenty of cuddles which included some belly rubs. When she had her fill of cuddles she went back to her friends and they continued on their adventure. Tallee sniffed around at a toy on the ground before Charlie came and scooped it up from under her nose. She followed him around until she came across another interesting scent.
Higgins is just so adorable and he loves all the extra cuddles that I give him when I have an extra few minutes. We got to see each other this morning during group time where he was very excited to go and play in the long grass which was the same height as him. He bounced around through the grass in excitement and it was just so cute to watch him. At one point I went over to pick him up and give him some one-on-one time. When I put him down he went and joined all of his friends for the rest of the time and they all went and explored together for a little while. Higgins could follow his nose around the yard all day! He likes to spend time with his face buried in some grass or snuggled up in my arms! He had a wonderful day and seemed to have fun exploring and getting cuddled.
Vasco is so sweet and I was very lucky to be able to walk him this morning with his pal Clifford. He was very excited to be outside and ran to the end of his leash so that he could get more time to explore in the tall grass that had some wonderful new smells from the rain this morning. He also took some time out of his exploring to come visit me where he got a few pats on the head before heading back up front with Clifford. When our walk came to an end he said goodbye to his pal before going for a nice needed nap. His nap didn't last too long because it quickly came time to go back outside for groups. He couldn't wait to meet up with everyone and right as he got outside he ran around everyone before going back around to greet one of the new dogs. Vasco met up with some of his other friends, too and had a fun time exploring with them. After groups he came up front with me for some extra attention where he got lots of extra cuddles. He was so very excited to come up front that he raced right up to the reception area and started doing laps sniffing around the entire place. He looked so cute with his tail and bum wagging all over th place. He and I enjoyed playign tug of war for a little while before going outside for some cool fresh air. Once out front I put him on one of our very long leashes where he could roam around a bit more freely and also spend more time with me. All in all he had a great day with me and all of his friends today.
Maverick and Shyla had a nice long walk with Megan today. They made sure to take some extra time to play in the field and smell all the wild flowers. They were super excited to watch the horses across the field as they galloped around their pasture. Maverick couldn’t wait to get outside for his group today. As soon as he got outside he started doing laps of the yard, greeting his friends and showing off his speed. After spending lots of time sniffing and inspecting the yard he decided to go get some cuddles for Tiffani while Shyla watched her friends play around the yard. Shyla enjoyed her time alone today, after saying hi to all of her friends she spent most of her group grazing the grass and sniffing around after getting lots of cuddles.
Molly K. had lots of fun on her walk this morning. Molly took some time to roll around in the field; she almost looked as if she was trying to play with the grass. Molly came out for her group today with tons of energy and she was super eager to play with her favorite Frisbee. Molly spent all of her time playing with the Frisbee, stopping briefly to run around the yard with her friends, and to play tug of war, of course! By the end of her group she was glad to be going back inside to take a little nap.
Poppy had a great time with her friends on her walk this morning. She played with Molly K. lots on her walk, when Molly K. went on to do her own thing Poppy took some time to sniff around in the field. After have a regenerating nap, Poppy was super excited to go outside with all her friends. Poppy had lots of fun running around the yard with Maverick and Shyla. After doing some exploring in the grass Poppy decided to find a toy to play with and chase after in the yard. Near the end of the group she came over for some cuddles and kisses.
Lilo had a long walk with Tallee this morning. She made sure to spend lots of time playing with Tallee on her walk, and playing around in the field. Lilo was eager to get out for her group to chase her friends around the yard. She enjoyed playing with some toys and her good friend Kasper. Lilo and Kasper chased each other around the yard for a bit but eventually she slowed down to sniff around the yard. After giving everything a thorough sniff down Lilo came over for some cuddles and a few kisses.
Kasper had a great walk with Kyah this morning. He played throughout their walk when he wasn’t sniffing around and playing in the grass. When it was time to go outside Kasper couldn’t have been any happier. As soon as he got outside he went to the back of the yard to give it a good sniff down. When Kasper was done sniffing around he came over to cuddle for most of the group. He got a nice belly rub and lots of kisses. When it was time to go inside he was a bit hesitant, however as soon as he saw his bed he curled up for a nice nap.
Charlotte enjoyed a walk this morning with our foster Bloodhound, Duke. Charlotte loved having an energetic friend to play around with and bark at on her walk. When she wasn’t playing around with Duke she would hop around the field like a bunny and roll around in the grass. Charlotte couldn’t wait to get outside today for her group. She made some new best friends today and chased them around the yard throughout the whole group. When she took some time to slow down, she sniffed around the yard and rolled around with her friends in the grass. Before Charlotte went inside she made sure to take some time to get some cuddles and a few kisses.
