Whisper had an awesome day. It started off with a walk in the trails with her doggy friend, Oliver. They had a great time together. Not too long after her walk, it was time for her group to go outside and play. She seemed pretty excited, and sort of pounced around the hall sniffing a few of her friends before I opened the door for her to go out. All of the other dogs running around and barking got her quite excited. She ran over to her friend Zoe and pounced at her, then ran in the other direction. Zoe was left confused by this and continued on with what she was doing. But then, Whisper came around for another pounce. This time, Zoe was prepared to run. Whisper chased her around the yard, and Zoe decided to jump into a hole that had been dug into the ground. Whisper pounced around the edge of the hole as Zoe ducked in it. Zoe eventually jumped out of the hole and Whisper continued to chase her.

Charlotte and Sophie enjoyed being outside today. Bright and early, during their first outdoor time, Charlotte was awake and ready to play. She started to play with her friend Zoe, and they ran around the yard in circles. Sophie watched them and let out a few yawns. She wasn't quite fully awake yet! For their morning walk, Charlotte was very excited to go with Zoe. Meanwhile, Sophie enjoyed a relaxing one on one short walk. She definitely enjoys being able to go at her own pace while getting some cuddles. After their walk, it was their first outdoor play rotation. Charlotte was very excited to go outside, and Sophie followed right behind her with her tail swaying back and forth. Immediately, Charlotte began playing with her doggy friends. She ran around the yard with Max, Finnley, and Zoe. They were having so much fun! Meanwhile, Sophie enjoyed my company. She came up to me and rubbed her back on my legs, so that I would know she wanted to have some cuddles. After giving her a back scratch, she sat right in front of my feet and looked at me. I knelt down with her for some more cuddles.

Max had a crazy amount of fun today. When he arrived this morning, I could tell that he was anticipating to meet some new doggy friends. He met his first friend, Brody, on his walk this morning, They had a great time exploring the trails together! Almost immediately after his walk, it was time for Max to go outside for the first time with his group. When he got outside, he immediately began to greet everyone. He was overwhelmed with excitement and began to pounce all over the place. In particular, he began to play with Finnley and Boris. The three dogs had so much energy and were always ready to run. In fact, I don't think I saw Max stop playing even once. Even when no one was chasing him, he would run very fast around the yard. He'd only stop for a moment to tumble around with one of his doggy friends.

Tasha and Boris had a good day. During the first outing of the day, Boris was already ready to play. He and Zoe were chasing each other around and jumping all over each other. Tasha enjoyed her time wandering around the yard peacefully.  In the morning, they went on a walk on the trails together. Boris was quite curious of the little husky puppy walking ahead of him, and he would sniff wherever the puppy had been. Later on, it was time for them to go outside for their first outdoor play rotation. Boris immediately jumped into action and started playing with his new friend Max. They were pouncing and running all over the place. Not long later, his friend Finnley joined in as well. Boris was all over the place and having so much fun. When his friends Charlotte and Zoe were playing around in the agility tunnel, he jumped right on top of it and balanced. Meanwhile, Tasha mostly relaxed outside. Although, at one point, Max kept playfully pouncing at Tasha. The first time he did it, Tasha just pounced back, then the second time he did it, she started chasing him. They had a bit of fun. Also, Tasha and Boris played together whenever they got bored of doing something else.

Timbits and Coco had a lot of fun with each other today. They were both super excited to go outside with their group today and meet some new friends. After quickly greeting everyone, Coco and Timbits began to play. Timbits kept pouncing at Coco until she chased him away. From there, it turned into a fun game of chase. They took turns chasing each other around, but it seemed like a lot of the time it was Timbits chasing her. They were having so much fun together that the two husky puppies, Ash and Pheonix decided to join in on their games as well. They got along with Timbits very well as they are all the same size!

Tennya and Emma enjoyed their day together. In the morning, they both enjoyed walks on the trails with doggy friends. Not too long after their walks, it was time for their groups first outdoor play rotation. When they got outside, they both immediately greeted each other. Emma was quite excited to see Tennya and started pouncing around her. Tennya was a bit shy at first, but warmed up to Emma quite fast. They soon began wandering around the yard together and exploring through the rocks and grass. I came and knelt down with them at one point and gave them both some cuddles. Emma was super happy and kept wagging her tail. Tennya enjoyed getting her ears scratched.

Brodie and Cara had an excellent day. I noticed they were both very excited to go for a walk this morning. As I put their leashes on, Cara was barking with excitement and Brodie wagged his tail. On the trails, they were both very interested in exploring the long grass and trees surrounding the path. Cara even got playful on the walk, and suddenly charged at Brodie. She pawed him and this got him excited as well. Luckily, they could calm down enough to make it back to the kennel! Not too long after that, they went outside for their first outdoor play rotation. In the yard, Brodie came up to me for a quick cuddle. He enjoyed having his back scratched. Meanwhile, Cara was all about exploring. She didn't lift her nose off of the ground the whole time she was out there! She was constantly sniffing around and exploring the different scents.

Molly and Caleigh had a great day spent together. From the moment they met, they definitely clicked! They were first introduced to each other this morning while on a walk together. Molly was super excited to have a new friend at the kennel and Molly seemed to make Caleigh feel more at ease as this is her first visit. After their walk together, they went outside for the first outdoor play rotation of their group. I noticed that the two girls stuck together for most of the time outside. Molly would occasionally start up a game with Caleigh, but they usually just explored the yard together. Caleigh came up to me a few times for cuddles. I knelt down with her and gave her lots! Whenever Molly would see this she would come running over as well.

Colin enjoyed his first day of his visit. Right after he arrived in the morning, he went on a walk with his two new friends, Sam and Finnley. The three dogs had a great time on their walk! Not too long after the walk, it was time for Colin's group to go outside for their first outdoor play rotation. He seemed quite eager to go out and let out a few excited barks. In the yard, he was happy to greet all his new friends. He seemed quite interested in Sophie, and they began to play. They would look at each other and wag tails- then out of no where one of them would pounce! I could tell that Colin was having a lot of fun, and he kept going back to Sophie for more fun!

Oliver had a nice day today. He began his morning with a walk on the trails with his friend Whisper. They enjoyed exploring in the long grass and would both stop at the same time to sniff something. When he got outside for his first playtime rotation with his group, he began exploring around the yard immediately. After spending a bit of time doing that, he went over to his doggy friends to see what they were doing. He and Timber began to play a bit, and Oliver would jump towards Timber and then Timber would knock him back. After playing around a bit with Timber, he found a good spot in the dirt and began to roll around. He looked super goofy while doing it!
