Boris and Tasha headed out to spend some time with Justice. The three of them went trotting around checking everything out in the main yard. I made may way over to the gate to the grassy yard and opened it. It wasn't long before Tasha and Boris went running out to check out all the lovely grass. They spent quite awhile with their noses to the ground wanting to sniff everything out thoroughly. Tasha was then hit with the zoomies! She ran as fast as she could and then went and pounced on Boris. This turned into the two of them racing around the yard. After chasing each other around, Tasha and Boris needed to take a little breather and set out to have another look around the yard.
The second group of the morning was a fun group to be out with. We all made out way out to the grassy yard to try and stay a little cleaner today. Will soon found himself being checked over by Tsavo. Maple made her way over to check out Tsavo before giving Will a good once over as well. Charlotte decided to start her morning off by playing with the tunnel. She went racing through, then went and gave it a good once over. Sophie started her morning with some exploring. She then noticed Will and went to join he and Tsavo. Charlotte left the tunnel and went racing off around the yard. Soon she was joined by Indi. It then turned into the two of them having an epic wrestling session. Maple soon felt the need to be moving and went racing off between the yards. Will left Sophie and Tsavo to go and check out some things by the fence. Sophie and Tsavo then decided to do a little exploring together. Their path eventually led them to meeting back up with Will. Maple, curious as to what was so interesting, went bouncing on over to check it out as well. After a little while, Will went running off to go and play with Charlotte. Tsavo, not wanting to miss out on any fun with Will, made sure to stick close on his heels. Sophie and Maple weren't too far behind. Tsavo later decided to make her way back to the main yard to do some exploring. Maple went racing off once more and found herself a frisbee. She then had a grand old time racing around the yards showing it off to everyone. Sophie took a break from Will and exploring to come over for a visit and get some pets. Will and Charlotte then took their fun over to the tunnel.
Baxter and Spencer wanted to start the morning group with some exploring, so they made their way out to the grassy yard to have some fun. I showed Baxter a toy and he was quite excited to go chasing after it. I gave it a toss and he snatched up then took off running. Spencer was still very focused on checking everything out. He was even ignoring Max, who desperately wanted to play with him! Spencer then met up with Luna and it was an instant connection. They had some fun bouncing around until Max came charging in to try and steal Spencer away. Spencer and Luna ended up heading out to the other yard to do some exploring together. Max turned his focus onto Baxter and soon the two of them were racing around.
The next group to make their way outside was our daycare group. Teddy, Percy. Issy, and Cai were all quick to head out and do some exploring around the yard and then out to the grassy yard. Mocha and Hobart decided that they'd rather do some exploring around the main yard so they hung back from the group. Mocha then took up her customary spot by the door where she could see what her sister was up to. Teddy, Percy, Issy, and Cai were all very intent in their exploration of the grassy yard. Percy then noticed all the toys. He snatched up the orange one and went racing off. Percy then came across the blue one and apparently it was better as he switched before continuing on racing around. Having had had enough of the grassy yard Percy, Cai and Teddy went running out to the main yard. Issy was quite happy to remain in the grassy yard and continue exploring in peace. I made my way over to see how Mocha and Hobart were doing. Mocha had switched positions and was now over by the other door where there was more sunshine. As soon as Hobart saw me coming, he headed out to meet me. He had to dodge through Teddy and Percy who had decided right at that moment it would fun to wrestle. Eventually Hobart made it through and was happy to receive lots of pets. Cai, not wanting to miss out on any love, came bouncing over to get some for himself. Finally I got to continue on to see how Mocha was doing. She was enjoying soaking up the sunshine.
Next up was the little dogs. Tennya and Pippin were quick to head out and do some exploring. They then seemed to realize they hadn't really said hello to me and had to come over and remedy that. With that done, they were off! Tennya soon found herself a bone which she was quite happy about. She went trotting off with Pippin tagging along behind her. Something caught Tennya's eye and she ditched her bone to go check it out. Tennya ended up in the far yard sampling some roots. Pippin ventured out on his own. He made his way over to the back gate and spent some time staring out at field. Pippin then glanced over his shoulder and noticed me. He headed on over for some cuddles. Tennya seemed energized from the roots went racing off chasing her own tail. She then went off to have a nice roll in the grass. After that, Tennya went to go and have some fun in the tunnel. When she was done in the tunnel Tennya met up with Pippin and the two went off together.
Nymeria was pretty happy to get to go out with her aunt Aurora. She went bouncing around the yard wanting to have a look around and greet her friends. Nymeria then remembered me and came over for some pets. Wanting to challenge her a bit, I did a little training with her and she did really well. Nymeria was soon done with me and went to see about getting Aurora to play with her. It wasn't long before the two of them were racing and wrestling around the yard. Nymeria took a bit of a break to have a cuddle with me. It wasn't long before she was back to playing with Aurora.
Maggie was all about the exploring. She headed right for the grassy yard, where she put her nose to the ground and set off in search in the rocks. Eventually, she was done and went trotting off around the yard. Maggie ended up across the yard with her nose to the rocks of the far fence. She lost interest in these ones a bit quicker and was soon off trotting around the yard some more. A little while later, Maggie was apparently done with the grassy yard and headed back to the main yard. There she went racing around with Riley before making her way over to me for a visit.
The last group of the morning seemed thrilled with the lovely warm weather. Maverick was quick to come over for a cuddle while Shyla headed off to do some exploring. Maverick then left me to go and join his sister. There was apparently something very interesting by the outdoor kennel, as they spent quite awhile nosing around in the gravel. When they were done, Shyla went trotting off to the grassy yard and Maverick chose to explore in the muddy part of the yard. Shyla seemed determined to check out the yard quite thoroughly and take in all of the smells. She spent some time going around with Lucy, but soon headed off on her own once more. When Shyla had seen all she wanted to, she went trotting out to join Maverick in the other yard. She was determined to keep her paws clean, so she hopped up on a pallet where she could watch Maverick explore. We ended up back in the dry main yard where Shyla came over for a bit of a visit. Maverick, not wanting to miss out, was soon asking for more cuddles too.

Nymeria started bouncing around in her kennel as soon as she saw me. She then promptly sat and waited for me to let her out. Since Nymeria did so well with lots of distractions yesterday I decided to try her in the hall once more. Today we had a few more dogs so it was even more of a challenge. Nymeria was having a little harder time focusing but after doing some 'sits', 'down', 'paw' and 'look at me' she was much more focused. I decided to try her with 'stand', she didn't quite understand what I was aiming for but she followed the lure. Next we moved onto some recall work. Once again Nymeria was awesome at ignoring the distractions. To finish off the session we did some work on her 'leave it'.
Tasha was happy and bouncing and ready to work for some treats. We made out way up to the playroom. Tasha then stood staring at me waiting for me to tell her what to do. I started her off with some 'sits', 'downs', and then worked on her doing doggy push ups. Tasha aced everything and so we moved onto a game. Tasha had to sit and wait while I tossed treats. I then told her to find them. At the end I called her back and worked on her recall.
Boris was ready to work. He waited very patiently while I opened the door and hooked him up to leash. We then headed up to the front room to do some work with minor distractions. Boris did awesome on his sit and down but had a hard time going from a down to a sit. I did a little focus work with him then we headed outside to do some loose leash walking and heeling. Boris did amazingly well. We later headed back inside to do some recall work and some more work on his down to sit.
Will is such a happy boy and loves getting attention. Today we hung out up front. Will went around checking everything out. He spent some time deliberating over the toy bin, but soon moved on to continue exploring. Eventually he had seen all he wanted to and settled down to just hang out and get some pets and cuddles.
