Groups

Tasha and Boris were the first group of the morning along with Justice. Pretty much as soon as they got out the door Boris was bouncing all over Justice wanting to play. Tasha had been about to go off exploring when she stopped to watch her kids' antics and decided she wanted to join in the fun. The three of them played for a bit until Tasha set out to do a little bit of exploring. Before long she was watching the boys play again - they were very amusing! Boris really wanted his mom to play too and came bouncing over to see if she would join them again.

The next group to make their way outside was Max and Sadie's group. They both seemed pretty excited to be back after being gone for a week. Max of course was ready to run and play. He was quite happy when he noticed Wally was in his group. It didn't take long for the two of them to go off running and wrestling. Sadie set out to do a little exploring and to say hi to Ricky and Brokk. Sadie was particularly fascinated with Ricky's tail. Max took a break from playing with Wally so Sadie used that as an opportunity to go and say her hellos to him. It wasn't long before Max reappeared and reclaimed Wally. Sadie seemed happy to get back to exploring.

The littles were up next. It was an exciting day for Nymeria as her sister was in for daycare. It didn't take any time at all for them to be off racing and having fun together. Finnegan was quick to join in and went tearing around with them. Tennya left them to their fun and set off to do some exploring around the yard. She didn't stay away long. Tennya made her way back wanting to say hello to the pups and give them a good once over. Finnegan ended up distracted from the girls when he found himself a bone. After that he wanted to spent some quality time having a good chew. Nymeria and Scarlet seemed pretty happy to continue having fun without him. Finnegan eventually left the bone and went back to racing around with the girls. The group soon made their way out to the far yard. Tennya continued on exploring though she was then joined by Finnegan and Nymeria, for a little while at least. Nymeria and Finnegan were soon back to playing with Scarlet.

We had so many golden dogs in the next group! Maple and Indi didn't seem to mind being the only non-goldens. Maple went off and found herself a bone that she then went racing around the yard with. Charlotte had a quick tour around the yard with Sophie and then went racing off to see about getting Indi to play with her. Indi was more than happy to play and soon the two of them were having a blast. Will noticed their fun, and so made his way over to see about joining in. The three of them went bouncing around the yard, almost crashing into Sophie at one point. Sophie watched them for a little while then headed over to me for some pets. Will left Charlotte and Indi to come bouncing over to Sophie. Sophie was then quick to see if Will wanted to play with her. They bounced around for a little while until Will went running off back to Charlotte and Indi. When Maple had lost interest in her bone, she spent some time staring out beyond the fence. Indi and Oban went over wondering what she was staring at, while Will and Charlotte just kept on playing! Sophie went over to see about joining their fun. Maple finally left the fence and went racing off with Oban. When Maple went running off, Indi went running back over to play with Charlotte. By the end it was Charlotte, Indi, Will, and Maple having a grand old time.

Next up we had another fun group. It started out with Oliver and Baxter just wanting to do a little exploring. Oliver then met up with Charlie and had to spend some time giving him a thorough once over. Baxter, who was nearby checking something out, noticed them and went to say his own hellos. It soon turned into Baxter heading off to explore some more while Charlie tagged along after him and Oliver tagged along after Charlie, like a little train moving around the yard. A little while later they split up to do their own exploring around the yard. Baxter was suddenly overwhelmed with the need to play and decided he wanted to play with me. This soon meant the camera had some smudge spots. Charlie came trotting over to see what we were up to, followed by Oliver. They didn't stay long. Oliver and Charlie headed off to do some more exploring together. Baxter still wanted to play and went to see if Pualu wanted to. Pualu was playing with Gunner right at that moment, but they didn't seem to mind Baxter joining in. Along the way Puala left, leaving Gunner and Baxter having a great time together. Oliver then decided he wanted to play too and went to join in.

Maverick and Shyla started their morning with a little exploring. Shyla went and met up with Rosy and the two of them went off to explore. They were soon joined by Ivy. Rosie then left them to go and see about getting Maverick to play with her. Maverick didn't seem overly interested and so went running off around the yard. Rosie didn't give up and eventually got Maverick to play with her. After a little while Maverick escaped and came over for a bit of a cuddle with me. Shyla took a break from her exploring to see what we were up to. That done she headed back out to continue exploring. Maverick was done with cuddles at this point and went running of with Rosie once more. Shyla then decided to tag along for a little while.

Maggie set out with the rest of the group to do a little exploring. Once she'd gone around the yard and had seen all she wanted to see, Maggie made her way over to me. We then spent some time cuddling. Maggie later left me when she spotted Spencer and Riley having fun. She went and joined them and had some fun bouncing around. Needing a bit of a break Maggie stopped to just watch their antics. Not too long after she was approached by Mocho who rather wanted to play with her.

Enhanced

Nymeria was ready to work. We headed up to the playroom and as I was getting myself ready Nymeria sat behind me and waited patiently for me to be done. She then had a moment of over excitement when she remembered the treats, but we soon had her mind back on track. She did awesome with her sits, downs, and paw, though she occasionally tried to combine down and paw. Next we worked on her recall. Nymeria is so quick to come bouncing over and then never wants to leave. After a few more recalls we moved on to 'look at me'. When she proved that she was still quite good at it we moved onto 'leave it'. Today I challenged her by putting the treats on the ground with my fingers loosely covering. It took her a moment to work it out, but she was quicker than I thought she'd be to ignore them. Good girl!!

Tasha and Boris got to do their enhanced with Leah this morning. From what I saw Boris was being a very good boy walking at a heel down the driveway and sitting when asked. Leah would get him to focus on her by changing her direction quickly while having him stay at by her side. He has come leaps and bounds from when we first started his heel training. We will really have to take the next step with him with more distractions in new places. Once Boris was done, Tasha had her turn with Leah. She was so excited she bounced all the way down the hall waiting impatiently at the door. Leah had Tasha sit and wait before heading outside to go for an extra walk and play some games. She is always so enthusiastic about her extra attention.

Will was so happy to come spend some time with me up front. First he had to go and check out the room and see if anything had changed. Upon discovering that there wasn't any overly new Will made his way over to me for some cuddles and pets. We then spent the next little while just hanging  out.

Indi loves coming up front to hang out. She did a quick tour of the room seeing if there was anything new and exciting. Indi then came over to see what I was up to and to get some pets. When she had had enough love Indi settled down next to the desk to hang out while I wrote.
