Sassy had the room for the first half of the day. She was happy to move around checking things out and then lounging in the windowsill for a little while. After lunch it was Allie's turn and she was quick to let us know she was rather impatient for it. When she got out of her cubby Allie hopped down and came right over to start rubbing against my legs talking to me the whole while. Allie then jumped onto a nearby carrier so she could be a bit taller and demand more pets.
Groups
The littles were the first group of the morning. Mac was quick to meet up with Finnegan and go tearing off around the yard. Gatsby headed out to do some exploring. Nanook did a little exploring before deciding to make his way over to see what Coco and Timbits were up to. He then came trotting back to have a quick visit with me. Mac and Finnegan kind of barreled into Coco and Timbits which resulted in the four of them all having a great time playing together. When the group got out to the far yard Timbits was distracted by something interesting by the fence. Coco then decided to go do a little exploring in the grass of the far yard. Mac and Finnegan went back to just the two of them playing. As they were racing around the yard Mac found a toy which proved to make the chase more exciting. Timbits done with the thing by the fence went racing out to Coco. The two of them started playing. Gatsby still wandering around checking things out found himself being joined first by Mac adn then Finnegen. When they went racing off Gatsby decided to join them, that is until he got distracted by something in the grass that he really had to check out. Finnegan and Mac continued to race around. Nanook took a break from his explorations to come over to visit me and to watch the other two race around. Coco and Timbits rejoined Finnegan and Mac to race around. Gatsby, done with whatever had been so interesting, went to go and join in as well.
Charlotte was pretty much the life of this group. As soon as we got outside she headed out to the far yard with Apollo to start wrestling and had a great time. Before I could even get a picture she was stolen away by Wyatt. He then lost her to Titan. Wyatt didn't let that stop him and went charging out to steal her back. Titan seemed ok with it and went off to check things out with Bentley. Apollo had gone off to do some exploring as well after he had lost Charlotte to Wyatt. Tucker made his way over to me and just kind of stood there looking at me expectantly. When he realized I didn't have a toy he wandered off to find something on his own. Sophie stood in the main yard watching her sister's antics with Wyatt. George, who had made his way out to the agility yard while we all went out to the far yard, came trotting out wondering why no one had followed him out. Titan made his way over to do some exploring with George. Charlotte ran past and spotted Sophie. She then went running over to say a quick hello to her sister. The group then decided to make their way out to the agility yard. Apollo was quite excited about this and was quick to go bouncing through the gate. Still feeling all frisky, Apollo went running to Tucker to see about getting him to play. When Tucker wasn't quite ready, Apollo went off to see what George was looking in the rocks. Charlotte met up with Titan and soon they were racing around together once more. Wyatt stood watching what everyone was up to. Charlotte apparently done playing with Titan ran to see about getting George to play with her. Tucker left his exploring to come have a visit with Bentley and I. He then found himself being pounced on by Charlotte wanting to play. They ran around for a little while until Wyatt came and stole her away.
The next group was ready to make their way outside. Max was quick to start running around. He then spotted Zeus and raced over to his side. They spent some time checking each other over while Max also tried to convince Zeus to play. Max was then sidetracked by Kane who wanted to play with him quite badly. After playing with Kane for a little while Max went running back to Zeus and this time had a bit more success getting him to play. Eventually they were joined by Kane and the fun got more fun. The group made their way out to the agility yard and soon Max had the whole group chasing after him.
The last group was a fun group to end the morning with. The group made their way out to the far yard where Birdie, Dougie, Teddy and Roxy all spent some time check one another over. Pilot decided to tag along with Lobo as he headed out to do some exploring. Kizmet and Kimi also headed out to do some exploring in different parts of the yard. Teddy and Roxy then left Dougie and Birdie to head out to explore as well. Dougie and Birdie didn't seem to mind them leaving as soon they were bouncing around and having fun. Not too long after that Teddy came back but this time with Kizmet in tow. When everyone had seen all they wanted to see of the far yard we all made our way out to the agility yard. Everyone branched out to check out whatever caught their eye. Birdie started trotting around until she met up with Marley. She then stood very nicely while he gave her some kisses and checked her over. Birdie then went racing off once more so he went to visit Dougie. Dougie left Marley to go and see Birdie. He then went to check out the tunnel before coming over to me for a visit. Teddy and Kizmet left us to make their way to main yard. A little while later I headed out to see what they were up to, which was hanging out in the sunshine. When he spotted me, Teddy made his way over for some pets and attention. Since the group tends to follow me around they were quick to join us. They then went out to the far yard where Birdie started running around with Dougie, Marley, Pilot, Roxy, Teddy and Kizmet chasing after her. Eventually even Kimi and Lobo joined in. Wanting them to have a little more room to play I got everyone to make their way back out to the agility yard. Pilot decided to make his way over to me for lots of pets and love. Dougie looked like he was heading over to do the same when he was distracted by Kimi. She proceeded to give him a very thorough once over which soon resulted in them bouncing around and having some fun. Dougie then left Kimi to make his way over to Lobo who was off checking things out over by the fence. Pilot after enjoying some butt scratches started to feel frisky and wanted to play. He was bouncing around and yanking on my sleeve wanting to play. Pilot's energy got Roxy going and soon she was racing around with Kimi, Pilot and Dougie on her tail. A little later on I brought out a rope toy which Dougie had a great time playing tug-o-war with Marley.
